Gay Friendly Hotel, Licensed for Gay
Weddings Bournemouth Langtry Manor, Derby Road, East Cliff, Bournemouth, Dorset ![]() www.langtrymanor.co.uk There cannot be many hotels, if indeed any that have such an endearing history as Langtry Manor: built by King Edward VII for Lillie Langtry the women he loved and adored. There is a delicious air of romance and mystery that drifts effortlessly amongst the unashamedly lavish interiors of this beautiful hotel. Langtry Manor has a stunning selection of bedrooms: honeymoon suites, four-poster and Jacuzzi rooms and of course The Kings Room were Lillie and Edward slept. Tara Howard the Managing Director of the Howard family business has recently lavished over half a million pounds on refurbishing Langtry Manor. Tara has maintained the historic ambience of the hotel and rooms whilst simultaneously introducing a contemporary feel. For all you foodies the restaurant serves Knightsbridge quality food with service to match. Langtry Manor is a fabulous and romantic setting for a gay civil wedding ceremony. But for me there is something more here that money can’t buy, and that is the extraordinary amount of passion and dedication that Tara pours into Langtry Manor every day with an eye for detail that is astonishing, to ensure that the Langtry Manor experience is as near perfect as can be, and my goodness doesn’t it just show. |

Gay and Lesbian Civil Partnership
Ceremonies and Blessings Dorset Wow Ceremonies, Bespoke Gay Lesbian Wedding Blessings and Ceremonies, Bournemouth, Dorset ![]() www.wow-ceremonies.co.uk You will be aware that since December 2005 it has been possible for gay and lesbian couples to formalise their relationship: a binding contract formed when the civil partnership document has been signed in the presence of a civil registrar and two witnesses. The ceremony is, by its very nature, quite staid, impersonal and of course restricted to where it may take place: A Registrar’s Office or a venue licensed to hold civil partnership ceremonies which may not fall in with the plans for the most important day of you and your partner’s lives. This is where Heather Downie of Wow Ceremonies will help you celebrate your special day how and where you both wish. Heather is a retired Superintendent Registrar with over 10,000 marriage ceremonies to her credit and will work with you to ensure that you have the ceremony of your dreams that’s just perfect for you both. She understands that you are honouring your love, commitment, choices and may wish to make special vows and promises to each other. Wherever your perfect location may be in Bournemouth and Dorset for your ceremony, be it your home, a garden, beach, boat, cliff top, or anywhere that’s special to you, is only limited only by your imagination because the venue does not have to be licensed for civil ceremonies. You may want a private ceremony for the two of you and a few friends or a big party with lots of guests: the choice is yours. Whatever your choice, Heather and Wow Ceremonies will provide a personalised ceremony that is an authentic reflection of who you both are, as individuals and as a couple. Heather is a friendly, professional lady whose passion, eye for detail and commitment to your special day is simply astonishing. |
